Abstract:
در سال 1998 Javenpaa و Show یک تیم مجازی را این گونه تعریف کردند: یک تیم مجازی، گروه علمی با تخصص های متنوع است که برای رسیدن به یک هدف سازمانی مشخص تشکیل شده است. تیم مجازی از نظر اهداف، کنترل و به کارگیری منابع دارای حالتی دینامیکی است. در این مقاله به بررسی نظریه تیم مجازی و سیستم مدیریتی آن در سازمان های آموزشی پرداخته شده است.
